Theatre Buy-Out Because our shows tend to be sold out weeks in advance, it is important that you contact us to make arrangements for a buy-out as soon as tickets for a show goes on sale. To buy-out our Theatre for a fund-raiser or any other large function, the number of seats available is 242. The Price for purchasing a buy-out Theatre for any show except a Christmas Show is $ 3,025.00. Each ticket is $ 12.50. We require a three week prepay deadline for buy-outs. We ask for confirmation of the exact number of people who will be seated with your group at the time of payment. | Shows on Sale :

| We have made some adjustments to our Holiday Show Group Reservation policies. We hope that you understand our purpose is to provide adequate reservation space for individuals, small businesses, and social groups of various sizes in the Tucson community. | |||
The run of the Holiday Show will be Nov. 6th - Jan. 3rd. | |||
| We will be limiting the number of Full Theatre Buy-Outs available for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the month of December and also during the Thanksgiving weekend. Please consider scheduling your event during the week, as those dates will not be as restricted. Also, please have several dates and times you can consider booking for your group as these shows get reserved very quickly. | |||
| Reservations of any size will be taken on a first come - first serve basis. Anyone who comes in person to make their reservations will be considered before anyone calling in to our Box Office. Messages will be taken and calls will be returned in the order they were received. | |||

| We do not offer a group dscount rate for the Holiday Show for groups smaller than a Group Buy-Out Some dates win also be restricted for these smaller groups. Our regular theatre prices will be in effect as follows: | |||
Please keep an accurate count of the number for each category when finalizing your reservation. | |||
| We will continue to allow a two-week pre-pay deadline for groups of 20 - 200. The pre-pay period for Full Theatre Buy-Outs will be three weeks prior to the performance date. This means that we must have confirmation of the EXACT number of people who win be seated with your group, and we must have payment for those people on the due date, which will be stated on your contract Although we have been able to extend payment deaclines in the past, we can no longer allow this extra time, and we will be forced to cancel your reservation if it is not paid on a timely basis. The Gaslight Theatre is not able to assist in the sale of buyout tickets. You, as the event planner, are responsible for selling your tickets for a Full Theatre Buy-Out ( We can provide those tickets for a small fee of $10.00. ) | |||
