(An accurate count of the number for each category will be needed for group reservations made for these show times.)
DAYS OUR SHOWS ARE AVAILABLE FOR TICKET PURCHASE:
CHRISTMAS SHOW goes on sale: 1ST Wednesday in MAY
WINTER (WESTERN) SHOW goes on sale: 1ST Wednesday in JULY
SPRING SHOW goes on sale: 1ST Wednesday in SEPTEMBER
SUMMER SHOW goes on sale: 1ST Wednesday in NOVEMBER
FALL SHOW goes on sale: 1ST Wednesday in FEBRUARY
FULL THEATER BUY-OUTS:
Full Theatre Buy-Outs will need to be finalized with us 3 weeks prior to the show date. This means we will need confirmation of the exact number of people attending and payment at that time as well. If any changes need to be made to your reservation it needs to be done prior to finalizing. If a Full Theatre Buy-Out reservation is not paid for in a timely manner we will be forced to cancel. Group tickets should be issued to each person in the group. Large format tickets are printed upon your request. (There is a $10 printing fee for these tickets.) Event planners are responsible for ordering these tickets and distributing them. A ticket must be presented to enter the theatre. If other arrangements are to be made it needs to be done with our Group Coordinator prior to the show date.
The Gaslight Theatre is not able to assist in the sale of Buy-Out tickets.
